About Kimberly

I am a native North Carolinian and have lived in western Gaston County most of my life. I have loved every aspect of real estate since I was a child following my father around on construction sites. I was mesmerized at the transformation that occurred from the beginning stages of a building project to the completion. Fast forward a few years and while studying for my undergraduate degree at High Point University, I had the opportunity to learn more about architectural styles, home furnishings and design elements. In 2019, I left a successful career in higher education in order to follow my dream of becoming a Real Estate Broker. Changing careers takes a lot of thought and planning, and I wanted to match my lifestyle priorities to my career interests, accomplishments & skill sets.

I primarily serve Gaston, Catawba, Cleveland, Lincoln and Mecklenburg counties. Whether buying or selling, I create a plan that caters to clients’ unique circumstances detailing clear expectations for every step along the way. What matters most to me is providing honest communication, utmost loyalty to clients and a direct, hands-on approach. I have strategies in place with vetted vendors to help clients navigate the entire process from start to finish. With the highest of standards, I’m here to educate and guide clients as well as represent them with integrity.

When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me spending time with family and friends, dining at local restaurants (and dives) and playing with my two Goldens. Two of my passions are music and traveling, and my happy place is Sunset Beach, NC – though any beach is good! My faith is important to me and I’m an active member of First Baptist Church in Lincolnton, and I enjoy volunteering in the community. I feel so blessed to call the Carolinas home, and I look forward to helping you realize your dream whether buying or selling.
