About Kim

I was born and raised in a military town in eastern North Carolina. Before becoming a full-time broker, I graduated from East Carolina University and used my degree in Hospitality Management to build experience in both the restaurant and hotel industries. My husband's career took us to Texas, where buying and selling my own personal property inspired my passion for real estate. Two kids later, we moved back to NC to be closer to family. In 2017, I earned my NC real estate license, and in 2020 I earned my SC license. When I'm not assisting my real estate clients, you can find me at one of my kids' sporting events or volunteering in the local REALTOR® association, at church, and within the school system.

In addition to my experience in the hospitality industry, my enthusiasm for helping others and attention to detail allow me to connect with clients and provide the best service possible. I know investing in a home can feel overwhelming, but my mission is to make each transaction as smooth as possible.
